Deze Belgische editie is te danken aan curator Jos\u00e9phine Wagnier.<\/p>\n<p>De tentoonstelling werd samengesteld in dialoog met het Fonds Marian Lens \/ Artemys, dat de getoonde foto\u2019s en archiefstukken verrijkt met een bredere, internationale blik op de lesbische gemeenschap in Oregon. Sociologe Marian Lens neemt ons mee op ontdekkingstocht door de tentoonstelling.<\/p>\n<p>De expo is het resultaat van het werk van curators Jos\u00e9phine Wagnier, Salom\u00e9 Burstein, Agathe Cotte en Louise Toth, en is gebaseerd op de publicatie die het WomanShare Collective in 1976 uitbracht.<\/p>\n<p>Naast originele foto\u2019s en teksten van Carol Newhouse worden er tijdschriften, boeken en archiefmateriaal getoond, uitgeleend door het Fonds Marian Lens \/ Artemys.<\/p>\n<p>In 1973 trokken Billie, Carol en Dian weg van de patriarchale steden op een roadtrip naar het platteland van Zuid-Oregon. Daar gingen ze op zoek naar nieuwe manieren om samen te leven als feministen en lesbiennes.
